House in Riehen

Built in 1948, this single family house was extensively renovated including energetic and acoustic upgrading.

Due to the addition of a new hygienic area in the attic, the renovation of the existing bathroom on the 1st floor and the installation of a new (modern) kitchen, the house is well adapted to fulfill these requirements.

All surfaces are new or restored.
New external wall and roof insulation was applied.
All electrical and plumbing installations were repaired or replaced.
